With a medical prescription, your online therapy can be reimbursed through the LAMal health insurance fund. A clinical pathway, provided by authorised professionals, within the Swiss healthcare system. We will guide you every step of the way.
Costs and reimbursement
Online psychotherapy covered by basic health insurance under the Swiss Federal Health Insurance Act (LAMal)
Online psychotherapy sessions are covered by basic insurance (LAMal) if prescribed by a doctor following a diagnosis.
You only pay the excess and co-payment specified in your policy (10% excess).
If you do not have a prescription, you can also access the service privately at a cost of CHF 120.00 per session (45 minutes).
