The approach integrates techniques from classical cognitive-behavioural therapy with tools drawn from third-generation models, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Schema Therapy, as well as elements from other psychotherapeutic schools, such as the person-centred approach.
