Education and experience
She graduated in Clinical Psychology from the University of Turin. She completed her psychotherapy training at the AMISI (Associazione Medici Italiani per lo studio della Ipnosi). Currently, she is undergoing psychotherapy specialization at the IRG (Istituto Ricerche di Gruppo) School of Psychotherapy in Lugano. She holds a Master’s diploma in Psychodrama and Active Techniques. She has collaborated with the psychological services at the Clinica del Lavoro, University Polyclinic of Milan, and has worked for several years with the psychological activities at the Psicotecnica center.
Clinical Activity
She specializes in the treatment of adolescents, young adults, and adults. In her practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist, she works with a wide range of patients, helping them navigate various challenging situations. She utilizes in-depth clinical interviews, active techniques, and guided imagery applied to general anxiety, trauma, and phobias. Other recurring areas of her work include insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, Parkinson’s-related issues, work-related stress, mood disorders, and self-esteem. A portion of her practice is dedicated to personal growth and development pathways.
