Education and experience
In 2023, she obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology of Wellbeing, Empowerment, Rehabilitation and Positive Technology from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. During her final year of university, she undertook a professional placement at the Abilmente practice, located in Cassano d’Adda. After graduating, she completed her compulsory internship at Clinica Psiche in Lugano, focusing on team-based work, psychiatric consultations and EMDR practice. She was also able to observe initial psychological assessment interviews and evaluations of children with suspected diagnoses of autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She attended the training course on trauma management with migrants run by Apertamenteweb and Karibuni Onlus, in collaboration with the Psicoterapia Training School. She is currently training as a psychotherapist at the Istituto di Ricerche di Gruppo, at its Lugano branch.
Clinical Activity
Her clinical practice focuses on the challenges that arise during adolescence and adulthood, adopting an approach that combines prevention – to promote well-being and health – with the treatment of existing issues. She considers it very important to listen to the individual and their experiences, whilst also bearing in mind the context in which they live. She works with adults, young people and their families who are facing difficult situations, offering psychological support and educational interventions.
